Bali: The land of Beaches, Temples and Volcanos.

Yeah! We have been to Bali, Indonesia in August 2016. The amazing land of Beaches, water activities, temples and more. With bustling streets, relaxing retreats, numerous temples and standing volcanoes, Bali captures the essence of Indonesia perfectly.

Day 1: Welcome to Bali

Saying goodbye to our home we took our flight and began our dreamlike journey to Bali. It was 8 PM when we reached the airport, we hired a taxi than and reached our hotel. We checked in at our first hotel Love F hotel, Kuta. After relaxing for a while we went out to explore. We enjoyed Bali Night safari, a must recommended activity to enjoy different species of animal along with fire show. After that we returned to our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay!

Day 2: Barong Kinta Mani Tour along with Gitgit Waterfall

We had a hearty breakfast at the hotel. After that we enjoyed full day Barong Kinta Mani sightseeing. The highlight of this activity is the magnificent view of Mount and Lake Batur with the smoky Agung Volcano in the background. Enroute stops at Singapadu village to see the Barong & Keris dance performance, Celuk the center of gold and silver works, Mas the center of wood carvings, Ubud the center of Balinese paintings, Goa Gajah (elephant cave) and the holy springs of Tirta Empul at tampaksiring. Then proceed to Kintamani to enjoy the panorama of the semi-active volcano, Mount Batur which stands majestically over the beautiful Batur lake whilst enjoying lunch (vegetarian and non-veg Indonesian). After Visiting Amazing volcano spot we headed towards one of the most popular waterfall in Bali: Gitgit. It was an amazing location with the ice cold water. Yes we did experience the ice bucket challenge ;p

Day 3: Tanah Lot Tour and Monkey Forest

Bali is said to evoke thoughts of a paradise and the best way to appreciate its beauty is to take in all that it has to offer. As we wake up to explore Bali, we visited the Tanah Lot Temple, dedicated to the Balinese Sea Gods. One of Bali's most important landmarks, the temple rests upon an outcrop in-between constantly crashing waves. The best time to visit is in the evening, when the sun is about to set. However, we also visited the Monkey forest. It is advisable to visit Monkey Forest early in morning and visit Tanah lot Temple during sunset.

Day 4: Water Sports

Yes the most awaited day! We visited Benoa for water sports in the morning at Tanjung Benoa. Experienced the thrill on an actual flying fish in a rubber boat pulled by a speedboat, Banana Boat which can take up to 5 persons at the same time. Jet Ski which is indeed the pleasure of high speeds on the sea. Carry a waterproof backpack with you to keep all your belongings safely. We advice all to please ride with the instructor for safety. Trust me! Water activities are really fun.

Day 5: Sunset Dinner Cruise

After having a hearty breakfast at the hotel. We checked out from our existing hotel and checked in to our second hotel Grand Hardy’s Later afternoon, we went for Sunset Dinner Cruise, enjoyed a tropical evening, as the sun went down we relaxed on the cruise around Benoa harbor in South Bali. Along with delicious international Buffet dinner, we dance and enjoyed the evening.

Day 6: Explore Bali

After having breakfast at Hotel, we explored different beautiful Bali beaches like Nusa Dua, Pandwa and many more by hiring our private car, we have also included other beautiful temples like Uluwatu during our trip. It is advisable to visit Luwak coffee place on your way to uluwatu temple.

Day 7: Departure

The final day of our trip. After having breakfast, we went to the airport to catch our flight back to home.

Trip to Bali was truly an amazing trip to remember. You need a week minimum to explore the beauty of the place. Go travel!!
